These Terms govern your use of propanealliance.com and the Propane Alliance program, operated by [Legal Entity Name] ("we," "us"). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Propane Alliance is

Propane Alliance is a propane buying program. We provide marketing, enrollment, membership administration, and member support. We do not deliver propane. Delivery, tank installation, monitoring, and field service are provided by independent, licensed regional supplier partners under their own terms.

2. Not a cooperative

"Buying group," "collective," and "co-op" are sometimes used loosely. Propane Alliance is not a legally organized cooperative and membership does not confer ownership or equity in any entity.

3. Membership

Membership requires a completed application and that your address fall within an active service region.
Membership fees are billed annually, are not pro-rated, and are described on our Pricing page and in the Membership Agreement.
There is no long-term contract; you may cancel as described in the Membership Agreement.

4. Pricing

Member propane pricing is the applicable published wholesale index plus a fixed margin, as described at enrollment. Wholesale prices fluctuate; we do not guarantee any specific price or level of savings. Examples and estimates on this site (including the savings calculator) are illustrative only and are not offers or guarantees.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with the supplier partner's safety and service requirements, and use the site lawfully.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and program are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Propane delivery and field service are the responsibility of the supplier partner.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
